As a non-profit association, Evergreen Cemetery is guided by a 12-member Board of Trustees, whose members all live in Jacksonville. Since 1976, day-to-day operations have been entrusted to the experienced hands of General Manager Richard L. Mueller, CCE, a fourth-generation cemetery manager.
